About
Her Story
Lena is a Taiwan American folk Americana singer songwriter whose music is rooted in stories of belonging, nature, and the places in between. Born in the United States and raised between Indiana and Taiwan, she grew up navigating two cultures, an experience that continues to shape both her life and her songwriting. Her music is quiet, honest, and deeply influenced by the landscapes and people she has encountered along the way.
After studying journalism, Lena found that songwriting became another way of telling stories. Years of living and traveling across Asia, Europe, and North America broadened her perspective and inspired songs about home, change, and connection. Drawing from the traditions of folk and Americana while carrying the influence of many places she has called home, her music feels both familiar and uniquely her own.
Lena first stepped onto the stage in a small jazz club in Taipei, where she discovered the joy of sharing her songs with an audience. Since then, her music has taken her from international cities like Berlin, Germany, to quiet mountain towns like Ashland, Oregon, and has performed at intimate celebrations, including a destination wedding in the Italian Dolomites where she performed outdoors in the snow.
Whether performing in a listening room, a winery, a wedding, or a community gathering, she aims to create a warm and memorable atmosphere through heartfelt storytelling and expressive vocals.
Today, Lena performs concerts and intimate sets for venues, weddings, wineries, festivals, and private events throughout the United States and internationally. Her hope is simple. To create music that invites people to slow down, reflect, and feel a little more at home wherever they are.
